the holiday home "Il Gatto Rosso" is located on the ground floor of a quiet and charming detached villa on the slopes of Vesuvius and just 1 km from the sea.

The house, whose area is about 70 square meters, consists of:
- two double bedrooms (both with the possibility of adding one or two single beds), each equipped with a full bathroom;
- a large living room area consisting of a cozy conversation corner with newspapers and books;
- a fully equipped masonry kitchen (espresso machine, kettle, cappuccino machine, toaster, microwave and electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher);
- a small flowered terrace with table and chairs for exclusive use;
- a large flowered terrace, for exclusive use, furnished with table, chairs and umbrella, giving the possibility to consume meals also outdoors.

Each room is equipped with all comforts such as tv, heating, air conditioning and free wifi.

300 meters from the holiday home, going up Via Vesuvio, on the left, there is a well-stocked minimarket, offering all kinds of groceries, under the sign "Centro Spesa."

The strategic geographical position of the house allows you to easily reach the main tourist destinations, thanks to the short distance (200 meters) from the circumvesuviana station, trains to continuous time in a few minutes you will Oplontis-Villa Poppea (1 min.), Pompeii (5 min.), in Herculaneum (15 min.), in Naples (25 min.), in Sorrento (40 min.).

The house is an excellent starting point ideal also for those who are headed by car to the Amalfi Coast (Amalfi, Positano, Ravello), through the convenient A3 motorway whose toll booth is only 800 meters from the structure.

Very easy to reach, via Naples or Sorrento, by hydrofoil or ferry, even the beautiful islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida.
